Your purchases are protected.  Our purchase program is here to provide you peace of mind whenever you make a purchase on  We want you to have a great experience with your purchase. 

For the purpose of this policy is specific, here is the definition of Protected purchases. 

You are covered:

·       The item is not received by the buyer within 20 days of promised delivery.

·       Item is damaged during shipping.

·       Item is a different version or edition than was displayed for purchase.

·       Item is completely different from what was ordered.

·       Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.


Filing a claim for Refund & Returns:

If you are requesting a refund and return, remember to contact us at within 20 days of promised delivery or within 15 calendar days of receipt of the item.

Please provide as much information as possible i.e. date of order, order confirmation number, condition of the item received and any other information that may help us process your claim.  Upon receipt of inquiry, you will receive instructions and a mailing label if the return is required. 


You can file a claim for the full price of the item including tax and shipping. If the buyer’s claim is approved refund will be for the full price of the item and taxes and shipping fees. 

Any of below examples are types of claims that may be denied.

·       The item received is the same as described.

·       Item was received and delivery was verified by carrier.

·       Sufficient evidence requested to support the claim is not submitted.

·       Bank that issued a credit to your credit card or debit card for 
dispute transaction.
